Vivacare have strong partnership with major International Shipping Companies such as Aramex, DHL, Dpex, EMS, Fedex and UPS to offer our shipping service. We provide free shipping for orders above USD$3,000 and we will decide on which Companies base on availability and best possible time-frame.
Additional Fee involved in International Shipping
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, custom duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or custom clearance must be borne by the recipient / buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom and taxation varies widely countries to countries, therefore you should contact your local custom office for further information. When custom clearance procedures are required, it can cause delay beyond our original delivery estimate.
Customer provide the wrong delivery address
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address and in any case where an order has been delivered to an incorrect address or cannot be delivered, we will inform you by an email.
Should the package is in the custody of our shipper, they will hold the package for a maximum of 5 days and you may contact our logistic department for a re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days, the package will be returned to Vivacare and we will refund whatever is balance after deducting the entire shipping cost/expense.
Delivery and Packaging
All Vivacare items are checked to be in perfect condition before being sent for packaging at our warehouse. Huge items are protected using foams and bubble-wrap with the fragile sticker being placed outside. All our packaging will comes with our Vivacare logo and seal of Authenticity, should you wish to receive in a plain packaging, kindly made a remark during checkout.
Upon Delivery, Please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are any signs of damages before signing off the package, If you have any concern, Immediately inform the forwarder and report this incident to us for a refund.
